6+ years of being the person who steps in when things get messy, and leaves them running clean.
I work as an extension of your team: I step in, learn how your business moves, and put in order whatever needs it.
I plan, track, and connect teams so launches and projects land on time — no last-minute chaos.
CRMs, course platforms, websites: I choose, configure, and connect the tools your operation actually needs.
Inbox, calendar, and payment tracking — all the operational work that keeps you from focusing on strategy.
I turn knowledge that lives in one person's head into clear processes your team can run without depending on anyone.
Notifications, repetitive tasks, follow-ups: automating what can be automated so the team focuses on what matters.
List architecture, segmentation, and campaigns that grow your audience in an organized, measurable way.
Real-time technical backup during events, launches, and high-traffic moments.
Maintenance, health checks, and updates for WordPress sites and WooCommerce stores.
I started out designing websites, then somehow became a virtual assistant, then a technical assistant obsessed with automations, then a junior web developer at a startup. None of it was a straight line — each stage just taught me a different way to solve problems, and now I use all of them at once instead of picking one.
I'm multipotential — I never picked a single lane, I just kept the best parts of each. It's why I get the big picture of a project and still understand why a plugin randomly breaks. Outside of work I surf, collage, weave, dance, and train — I like making things with my hands almost as much as I like making systems that work.
A few of the projects where I helped bring order to the operation and delivered measurable results.
I designed and built her whole technical infrastructure end to end: an email system grown from zero to 3,500+ subscribers, the automations behind a 45% lift in course enrollments, and a full WordPress site with a custom WooCommerce store. Not a task list I executed — the whole system, built and owned by me.
I led the implementation of a registration system for industry professionals with an interactive map dashboard. The platform drove strong adoption and local media coverage.
I designed the CRM architecture and automated notifications and data flows that centralized the team's recruiting process.
Monthly maintenance for a WooCommerce store, site health reviews, and documentation that gave the team full autonomy, with zero technical dependency.
Real-time technical monitoring and support during a conference streamed simultaneously in Spanish, English, and Catalan.
I'm not looking for one-off gigs — I like sticking around long enough to actually build something. Most engagements start at a 6-month commitment.
A relaxed call to see where your operation is today, what's breaking, and whether we click enough to work together long-term.
If it's a yes on both sides, I get access, meet the team, and learn how things actually work day to day — not just on paper. We agree on scope and rhythm, usually 6 months minimum.
I work alongside your team week over week — implementing, automating, and documenting as we go, so by the end your operation runs with or without me.
If everything you've read so far resonates, write to me and let's start working together.
